We had a grand stay! The spa treatments were super relaxing, and the staff were so friendly, always ready to help. One wee drawback was the breakfast, though lovely, could have been a tad more special for five stars. We’d come back alright!

the village in la clusaz is definitely 'charming', if only you can ignore the absolute noise from youngsters until 3:30am. And how the supposed 'suite upgrade' woudl ve been great, if it hadn't placed me right in the middle of chaos. missing complimentary gestures made this stay far from special, regrettably. i almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.

this charming hotel offers a fantastic base for exploring the area, with easy access to marvellous landmarks like Eglise Sainte-Foy de La Clusaz just a short walk away, as well as the peaceful views of La Cascade just a few steps from your door. The warm ambiance made our stay truly enjoyable. the breakfast was amazing and energizing for a day of city strolls, though we did notice it could get a bit noisy at night but overall, our experience was definitely enjoyable!

The 450m² Cristal Spa delivered a peaceful escape for our family, surrounded by warm scents and relaxing music while looking out at the beautiful snowy peaks. The kids absolutely loved the magic show by Harry Covert, creating unforgettable fun for everyone.
